These return rules only apply to online purchases, otherwise you must contact the SIC Social Workshop Administration where you purchased the goods for a refund.

HOW MANY DAYS CAN I REFUND?

You even have 30 days to decide on your purchase! Goods purchased in the online store are given a return period of up to 30 days from the date of placing the order. You can return the goods purchased in the online store free of charge **. In case of return, the money paid for your purchased product is transferred to the account specified by you within 14 days.

Free returns:

A paper order return form is included in the packaging of the product you have purchased. To return an unsuccessfully purchased item, fill out this form and place it in the package of the returned item.

Shipment preparation:
1. Fill in the return form that was attached to the item you purchased. Put this form in the box with the returned item. Seal the box neatly. Protect the product packaging from external damage.

2. Send the prepared shipment to the following address:

Free return at SIC social workshops:

You can return the goods by going to the SIC social workshop at: Ežero str. 8 - 122, Šiauliai. Before returning the product to the workshop, you need to fill in the return form and know your order number (which you received by e-mail when ordering the goods).

** If you want to return the goods in another way convenient for you, you will have to do it at your own expense.

IMPORTANT: The returned item must not be worn, damaged, or otherwise damaged. The product must have all original labels and packaging. Therefore, we recommend opening the product packaging carefully. Returns are accepted only after filling in the paper return form and properly preparing the shipment.
